We are pleased to announce an expanded exhibit hall and sponsorship program for 2012.

Exhibit Space Fees
Standard Booth (100 square feet / 10 ft. x 10 ft.) - $3,400
Corner booths - $200 additional per exposed corner
Island Booth (400 square feet and above) - $2,900 per 100 square feet / 10 ft. x 10 ft.
No corner charge will apply
Government Booth (No Cost)
To qualify for a government booth, the exhibitor must first be approved by MHS. If you believe that your group is eligible for a complimentary Government Booth, please contact Alida Vessey for the approval form. You must receive MHS approval before Government Booth exhibit space can be reserved. Please note there are a limited number of government booths available.
To reserve exhibit space, please click here. On the left side of the screen please select Booth Reservation to access the online application and reserve your booth. If you are having problems viewing the floor plan or it is taking too long to load the floor plan, please go back to the welcome page and select the HTML Floor Plan option. Once you have completed the online application and selected your booth, an email will be sent to confirm your reservation followed by an invoice with payment information.
