Providers are the crucial link to a successful transition for service members receiving mental health treatment, and the inTransition program is here to support you and service members to ensure a smooth and seamless process. We are here to partner with YOU.
The 2012 Military Health System (MHS) Conference was a success!
We were pleased to see so many of you at the inTransition booth during the recent 2012 MHS Conference in Maryland Jan. 30 to Feb. 2. Many of you were excited about the program and wanted to learn more about how you can better use this tool and help get the word out to other providers and treatment support personnel. We look forward to your continued participation.
