Leading a healthy lifestyle, physically, mentally, socially and spiritually, plays an important role in the overall preparedness of our nation’s warriors. In addition to a fit, healthy and protected force MHS is dedicated to the health and resilience of individuals and families throughout the military community. Check us out this month as we provide health tips, introduce you to new initiatives, talk about ongoing issues and share resources to keep you informed and healthy.
