Military Pathways provides totally anonymous and voluntary self-assessments online and by phone (toll-free: 1-877-877-3647) so that you can review your situation and discover whether or not you have symptoms that are consistent with a condition or concern that would benefit from further evaluation or treatment. You’ll also receive guidance as to where you might seek assistance. www.militarymentalhealth.org

The Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury runs a 24/7 Outreach Center that provides information and resources about psychological health, post-traumatic stress disorder, and traumatic brain injury. The center is available to service members, families and friends, military leaders, clinicians, educators, support personnel, clergy, researchers, and deployed government civilians.
