The DoD Patient Safety Program works to eliminate preventable patient harm by empowering patients and engaging, educating and equipping patient-care teams, including the patient, to institutionalize evidence-based safe practices. Our eBulletin disseminates PSP program updates, news, useful tips, success stories and upcoming educational activities that will help us achieve this goal. PSP Announcements

The DoD PSP will be exhibiting at the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management Conference in Phoenix, Ariz. from October 16-19, 2011, as well as at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement 23rd Annual National Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care in Orlando, Fla. from December 4-7, 2011. Stop by the DoD PSP exhibit to speak with staff and learn about some of the many products and resources we offer.
