1. ISMP Medication Safety Alert! Acute Care edition; sent biweekly, this newsletter provides vital and potentially life-saving information on medication and device errors and adverse drug reactions as well as practical prevention strategies. Subscribers also receive urgent advisories about serious errors.
2. ISMP Medication Safety Alert! Community/Ambulatory Care edition; sent monthly, this newsletter provides information about medication-related errors and adverse drug reactions and their implications for community practice sites, as well as recommendations for how to improve medication safety within the community setting.
3. Safe Medicine; sent bi-monthly, the newsletter teaches consumers to become active partners with their health care providers and assume a leading role in ensuring safe medication use.

The Patient Safety Program has recently revised the calendar on the website, with improved features and viewing capabilities. You can now sort activities by month and type of activity (Learning Circles, Workshops, Connection and Pathways to Success), download a printable copy of the calendar to post in facilities, register directly for events from the calendar and even request to add an event yourself! PSP leadership contributed to several articles related to team training, published in the current issue of the Joint Commission Journal for Quality and Patient Safety.
