This is the first Web-based course to receive CEU credits through USUHS. Participants will receive one credit for each part of the live series completed. The 5th Annual TeamSTEPPS® Collaborative will take place this year from June 21-23 in Denver. The Collaborative is sponsored by the National Implementation of TeamSTEPPS project funded by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and the Department of Defense.
Heidi King, MS, FACHE, deputy director of the DoD Patient Safety Program and Mary Salisbury, subject matter expert for the PSP are presenting at the 2011 Improvement Science Summit & Summer Institute on Evidence-Based Practice from June 28-July 2 in San Antonio. This year’s theme is “Transforming Care: Friction, Heat & Light,” and participants will learn what works in building care processes and supporting care providers in the evolving environment of improvement.
