In accordance with DoD policy (CTO 07-15), effective 01 Dec 2011 all AKO members who are CAC holders, must use their CAC to login to AKO.  Usernames and passwords will no longer be accepted if you have been issued a CAC.  This will affect all Patient Safety Learning Center (PSLC) members who are CAC holders.

How to Register your Common Access Card (CAC)

1. Login to the DoD PSLC using your AKO username and password.
2. Click "My Account" -> "Login Options" -> "CAC/Cert Registration."

3. Follow the steps on the screen to register your CAC.
