DoD Patient Safety Learning Center
The DoD Patient Safety Learning Center (PSLC) is a member-based community collaboration space on the Internet. It enables connections among DoD, military, and approved contractors who are actively engaged in patient safety activities. Members use the online space to access, share, and advance knowledge about patient safety. Download the DoD PSLC Fact Sheet for more information.
Active Information Sharing
The DoD PSLC is built by its members to benefit the entire patient safety community. It is continually evolving according to member needs and contributions. Members take an active role in sharing information and other resources that are available from the DoD PSLC.
PSLC Account Access
Login to the PSLC if you have an account.
Request a new PSLC Account if you are not yet a member. The registration process includes creating or confirming an Army Knowledge Online (AKO) account and providing the name of a person who is referring you for access to the online community. Download the PSLC Account Request Job Aid if you need help with your account request.
If you received a message that your AKO account is about to expire, renew your AKO account by sending an e-mail request to the PSLC Support Team (psp_pslc@bah.com). Include your name and AKO username in your request.
If you have an existing AKO account but are unable to access AKO, try resetting your AKO password.
PSLC Help
Many current Patient Safety Learning Center (PSLC) users have acquired new Common Access Cards (CAC) and must register your new CAC cards in AKO. Download the New CAC Card Registration Job Aid to register your new CAC in AKO.
