Measuring individual perceptions and attitudes toward teamwork within your organization can help determine your current team environment and focus on specific areas for improving team skills and training. The following questionnaires can be used for these purposes.
- The TeamSTEPPS Teamwork Perceptions Questionnaire (T-TPQ): This new measurement tool helps determine how an individual perceives the current state of teamwork within an organization, and has been designed to correlate with the AHRQ Hospital Survey on Patient Safety (HSOP) work area/unit subscale constructs.
- The TeamSTEPPS Teamwork Attitudes Questionnaire (T-TAQ): This measurement tool is used to evaluate if TeamSTEPPS tools and strategies helped in enhancing an individual participant's attitudes, knowledge and skills on teamwork.
