Objective:
In January, the DoD PSP released the Patient Activation Reference Guide, which supports the DoD-wide effort to create an environment where patients are engaged and active in their health care. This Learning Circle will provide an overview of the 5-module guide, which provides a roadmap for the health care team to activate patients and move them toward becoming fully involved and responsible for their care.
