To Whom it may Concern;

My local newspaper recently had an article about this problem of suicides and how it is escalating at alarming rates and that the Army is reaching out for help to deal with this even in the alternative and complimentary health fields.

I am a Doctor of Metaphysics and a certified hypnotist in private practice for 15 years. I have the Anxiety Disorder Clinic in Rochester NY and now work almost exclusively with a process called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). In all my years working with hundreds of people with all kinds of challenges I've never seen anything like this process work so quickly and cleanly and once learned is designed to be totally self-applicable. Targeting any and all negative and or traumatic emotions and banishing them for good. Working with many symptoms, such as depression, PTSD, fears, hopelessnes, shame, anger, self-doubt and many more, the results are astonding to say the least. There is absolutely no hypnosis involved with this therapy.

I see people in my practice, teach them this simple technique, give them guidance and support and rarely ever see them again. It not only takes care of the problems, but helps people become self-empowered which is the icing on the cake.

I want to help. What can I do? Who do I have to talk to? I'm not a medical doctor, but I'm good at what I do and the results speak for themselvs. Helping our service men and women after what they endure should be everyones job. I'm willing to go and do whatever is needed.

I have a brother-in-law who is a Colonel in the Pentagon working with Homeland Security, and short of asking him for guidance to get me someone to talk to, I'm writing here to see if whoever reads this can help me help our service people.

I would appreciate any information I can get from the Army. I was married to a serviceman for 16 years and then we were divorced. I heard that I can have some benefits to help me get into a assisted living place. I am 83 years old and live in a low income housing but I need a little help now and I cannot afford to pay for assisted living. I can help with my social security check but its not enough. Please let me know if there are benefits like that and where I can go to get help. Thank You so Much. Pearl

Thank you Major General Graham for helping to destigmatize behavioral health treatment for our soldiers! This is a welcomed message and thank you for your service.

It's so very important that our military men and women receive the best possible care for depression, PTSD and other mental health concerns that can attend their difficult but critical service to our country. It's also essential that the treatment they get is well researched, empirically validated, and delivered by competent professionals. The National Center for PTSD has an excellent website that provides information and resources on these issues. It's a great starting point. Please visit them at http://www.ncptsd.va.gov/ncmain/index.jsp

Unless i missed seeing the link to written transcripts of videos, it would be ideal if a link to them was highlighted right next to it. In your search engine, I typed "video transcripts" with no results. Are there written transcripts of videos on your Web-Site to print out? This would be ideal for those who might not have the time to watch the videos but could print out transcripts of their reseach interests.
Thank You, Michael J. Carberry
