Each individual business plan is integrated into a single, regional business plan that's submitted to the DHA Director each fiscal year.

Funding of Regional Activities

The TROs fund regional initiatives to optimize and improve the delivery of health care through dedicated resources and an open business case planning and approval process. Opportunities for investment capital can be initiated by the Regional Director, a single MTF Commander or by a Senior Market Manager on behalf of the MTFs in a multi-service market.
