These tables compare the questions contained in the five currently reported composites as they appear in the CAHPS Version 5.0 compared to CAHPS Version 4.0. Each question is shown next to a question concerning a related topic from the previous questionnaire. When we compare current results to past results, we are comparing the Version 4.0 question to the Version 5.0 question adjacent.
