DHA and GSA Partnership
DHA has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with GSA as its singular Health IT procurement solution. This partnership will ensure that the creation of the Health IT SIN is a valuable resource to Federal, State, Local and Tribal Governments. The collaboration also ensures customer agencies are active participants in the development and future use of the Health IT SIN offerings. Federal, State, Local, and Tribal Governments will lean more toward a streamlined and cost effective way to procure Health IT services.

Significant Change Document Health IT SIN
IT Schedule 70 is proposing a new Special Item Number (SIN) for Health IT to assist customer agencies in procuring Health IT services by clearly differentiating them from other IT related services currently available under the program. The new Health IT SIN will provide industry partners the opportunity to differentiate their Health IT services offerings from other IT related services under existing services; therefore, allowing industry partners to stand out to agencies seeking Health IT services.
