The mission of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Postdoctoral Fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology is to produce an advanced level of competence in the specialty of clinical neuropsychology, to complete the education and training necessary for independent practice in the specialty, and to develop specific skills relating to the unique applications of clinical neuropsychology in the military environment. The program aims to achieve this through clinical, didactic, and academic training activities. The program is also designed to prepare fellows for the process of seeking board certification.

Applicants must also possess an unrestricted license to practice psychology in one of the fifty states or the District of Columbia.
