Current or former USAF providers who received their GME or Graduate Allied Health Education training while assigned to SAUSHEC, 59th Medical Wing, Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center - WHASC (formerly Wilford Hall Medical Center - WHMC), Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) or the now closed Brooks Air Force Base should send requests along with a current signed Release Authorization via email to usaf.jbsa.59-mdw.mbx.ge-saushec@health.mil.
