The beneficiary population is approximately 65k and our mayor recently awarded Fort Bliss with a key, noting that we are the retiree capital as far as population.

The mission of the GME at WBAMC is to train physicians, medical students, and other health care professionals. This mission is met by placing equal emphasis on patient care, teaching, and research.

Unrelenting pursuit of excellence as we care for Team Bliss and White Sands Missile Range and those we are privileged to serve.

WBAMC’s has three strategic priorities:

  • Enabling combat sport to the Joint Force in competition, crisis, or conflict.
