The Tactical Combat Casualty Care Course is a 2-day course designed to give medical service members the ability to register for a RESIDENT TCCC-MP course and receive training in-person. At the completion of the course, training managers at DMRTI can graduate the student and produce a certificate of training demonstrating course completion. The course is taught by NAEMT, TCCC affiliate faculty and adheres to the TCCC standard set forth by the Joint Trauma System and the Committee on TCCC.

TCCC ASM Course Manager Course
Format: Didactic Instruction followed by Proctored Assessment
The TCCC ASM CM course provides a standardized baseline to all services for the implementation of the Department of Defense directed TCCC ASM curriculum. This course will prepare future Course Managers in ensuring the effective delivery of TCCC guideline concepts to non-medical personnel through the appropriate preparation, management, and dissemination of information by the Course Manager's organic instructor staff. The lessons within this course will teach Course Managers to effectively critique their instructors' delivery, ensuring that the information put out is in keeping with the information intended within the TCCC Tier One scope of care. Administrative considerations will also be discussed, to include: logistics, equipment and supplies, program development and organization, and student qualification tracking and reporting.
Day 1:
DMRTI staff demonstration of TCCC ASM Course and Course Manager Course instruction, responsibilities, tracking certified instructor material, and hands-on skills.
Day 2:
Course Manager students instruct and evaluate the TCCC ASM course through the supervision of instructors, proctored by DMRTI staff.
Steps to Enroll in TCCC ASM CM
All students must complete JKO course DMRTI-US025: All Service Member TCCC Course Manager Test prior to attending the course. Prospective students will have three attempts to score a 90% or higher on the pre-test. Once completed, please send a copy of the JKO certificate and your request to attend the course to the Microsoft Outlook Org Box DHA JB San Antonio Education-Trng List DMRTI TCCC ASM CM no later than seven days prior to attending the course.
