DHA’s Education and Training Directorate directs an enterprise-wide learning management system to support the requirements of each military service and coordinate medical education activities and resources. By consolidating and streamlining administrative and oversight functions, DHA leverages Ready Reliable Care principles as it supports a diverse array of medical education and training programs, initiatives, and schools. Workforce professional development and sustainment programs also contribute to the organization’s commitment to a Fulfilled Staff.
