RHRP is aware of the user portals access errors and the inability to create an account for either the Service Member or Service Component portal via the online portal. Thank you for your patience and understanding as RHRP works to resolve these issues.
Current Solutions
Service Members can contact the RHRP Call Center at 833-QTC-RHRP (833-782-7477) or via email RHRPSupport@qtcm.com to request registration. Requests via email need to include: First and last lame, service component, DOD ID#, email address, and type of access requested. Please be sure to follow Privacy Act and/or HIPAA policies and regulations if sending personally identifiable information via email.
- Service Members should request access to the Service Member Portal
- Health Readiness Coordinators should request access to the Service Component Portal
- RHRP Call Center will be adding a voicemail section to allow Service Members to leave a voicemail with the required information at 833-QTC-RHRP (1-833-782-7477).
- RHRP is working to automate the Service Member User Portal to allow for registration and full online access to request and schedule IMR services.
Reserve Health Readiness Transition Resources
Service Member and Service Component User Portal Training March and April 2023.
RHRP’s support vendor, QTC Medical Services, will be conducting portal training sessions for service component and service members users. For information access the RHRP QTC Training Portal
Live training sessions will be provided via WebEx throughout March and April 2023. These sessions provide:
- Convenient evening and weekend time slots available
- Each session open to first 1,000 participants
- Sessions open 15 minutes prior to start time
Video training and user manuals are available on the RHRP QTC Training Portal.
User Portal Training is customizable. Please reach out to PMO, RHRP with your request at: DHA.RHRP@Health.mil. Be sure to include the following information in your request:
- When you'd like training (date and time)
- Who the training is for
- Any special requests (i.e. use MS TEAMS instead of WebEX)
