Being a military Mother is by far the hardest thing I have ever done. Being active duty in the military is hard enough but trying to raise two boys alone in this world is even harder. Throughout my 26 years, I now find them as my motivation to keep going, to not quit, and to show them that hard work and dedication to our country and the care and leadership of others is an honor and by far the greatest act one can give. It's a privilege to show my boys that through hard work and grit, we all can come from nothing and climb the ranks, obtain higher levels of education, and make monumental impact on people.
