LEADS is the proponent of military medical executive skills core competencies. We support leadership development and organizational effectiveness by providing high-quality educational training programs, products and services to include assessment of new training requests, management of the DHA Learning Management System and educational solutions for non-medical care managers supporting wounded, ill and injured Service members and their families.
