Building mutual trust: The 64th MED DET (VSS) led a three-day U.S.-Serbian engagement which focused on canine tactical combat casualty care (K9TCCC). This engagement fostered a relationship that didn't exist before, and laid Ground work for future partnerships between U.S. and Serbian forces. #DODGHE

The Richard G. Lugar Center for Public Health Research is home to the Georgian National Center for Disease Control and Public Health (#NCDC) and the U.S. Army Medical Research Directorate-Georgia (USAMRD-G), an overseas infectious disease laboratory of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (#WRAIR). The U.S. government funded the construction of the Lugar Center (overseen by the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency) and is owned by the Georgian government. #DODGHE

Since 1994, the Colorado State Guard has conducted medical security cooperation with Slovenia. Every year, Guardsmen participate in Adriatic Strike, a Slovenian-led, multinational exercise that enhances interoperability and serves as a model for regional interoperability among Balkan partners. During these engagements, Guardsmen build relationships with their counterparts that continue throughout their careers. #DODGHE
