Lab Week 2024: Honoring Military Lab Professionals
The Defense Health Agency recognizes the Military Health System’s many dedicated laboratory professionals during Medical Laboratory Professionals Week, also known as Lab Week, April 14-20. Lab Week is an annual celebration to highlight and show appreciation for medical laboratory professionals and pathologists who play a vital role in every aspect of health care and are committed to improving patient care through innovative research, patient safety, and expertise.

UpToDate DVD UpToDate offers a DVD that is updated three times a year. The DVD can be opened on any computer with a DVD drive. Each DVD package includes activation credentials. When prompted, enter the credentials to activate the DVD. You will not accrue CME when using the DVD. Contact the VML office via email or your local facility library to request a copy of the DVD.
UpToDate Lexidrug and UpToDate Lexidrug for Dentistry Mobile Apps These apps have unique features other drug information apps don't have, like a pharmacogenomics database, IV compatibility data, drug shortage information, patient education users can easily email or print from their devices, and the ability to reorder databases and monograph fields to customize display. Content is stored directly on the device so clinicians can quickly answer questions even if there is a weak mobile signal or no internet connection.
