FALLS CHURCH, Virginia – The Defense Health Agency announced today that nine military hospitals received an “A” Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade, demonstrating DHA’s commitment to safe, high-quality care and transparency.

Soldiers from Public Health Command Europe, its subordinate units, and the German Bundeswehr crossed the threshold from junior enlisted to noncommissioned officers during PHCE’s first NCO Induction Ceremony on Dec. 7 at the Tiger Theater in Sembach, Germany.
