Seasonal Influenza Summary: Nov. 13, 2023
Influenza activity peaked much earlier than typical influenza seasons, with a peak in laboratory-confirmed influenza cases just prior to the start of the new year and low case counts during 2023. Although influenza activity was much higher than the two prior seasons, counts still remained lower pre-COVID-19 seasons.
