The Defense Health Agency has recognized a ‘Patient Champion’ at Womack Army Medical Center. Lt. Col. Kim MacNeilly, Deputy Commander for Quality and Safety at Womack, has been awarded the DHA Patient Champion Certificate for her work at the facility.
