Army Col. (Dr.) Brian D. Allgood, a Purple Heart recipient who died in a helicopter crash amidst enemy fire in Iraq, and the namesake of the Brian D. Allgood Community army hospital, left a legacy of “other-focused” leadership and medical care that lives on today.
