Psychological Health Resource Center

Questions about military mental health? We're here to help.

The Psychological Health Resource Center provides free 24/7 support for service members, veterans, family members, clinicians, commanders, and anyone with a question about mental health in the military.

Get answers. Find resources.

  • Talk with trained health resource staff who can listen to your concerns, answer questions, provide tailored information, and help you find the right resources for you or someone you care about.

We can help you:

  • Understand mental health concerns, including depression, posttraumatic stress, reintegration, and other topics.
  • Learn about treatment and support options.
  • Find appropriate clinical or non-clinical resources, such as Military OneSource, VA services, or military hospitals or clinics.

What to expect

  • The Psychological Health Resource Center doesn't provide therapy or clinical treatment. Our role is to provide reliable information, answer your questions, and help you navigate to appropriate care and support.

If you or someone you know is in crisis or danger, please contact the Military/Veterans Crisis Line by calling 988 and pressing 1, texting 838255, or using the online chat at https://www.veteranscrisisline.net.
