METC Degree Bridge Program
METC’s vision is to train for the mission and educate for a lifetime of service. In addition to developing curriculua that train students to meet the Services’ mission requirements, the METC Degree Bridge Program provides METC alumni – whether active duty, National Guard, Reserve, or veteran - with an opportunity to receive a degree or certification by earning college credit for their military service and training. Through partnerships with colleges and universities across the country, these degree bridge pathways greatly reduce the time and money spent toward earning a degree.
This program also helps prepare service members and veterans to find employment in the career field they were trained in when they leave the service. It similarly helps Guard and Reserve service members maintain their readiness.
METC partners with 88 educational institutions and has 1,848 degree bridge pathways to assist service members with earning an associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree aligned with their career fields, with some degree programs related to business, management, and other subjects.
