Dental team turns routine appointments into rapid emergency response
Shira Dental Clinic staff at Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital rapidly recognized and treated a Soldier experiencing anaphylaxis during a routine dental appointment at Fort Polk, Louisiana. The coordinated response by dental providers and support staff stabilized the patient and ensured her safe transfer to the emergency department.
