The Pharmacy Operations Division has created a collection of pharmacy data reports, slides and reference documents that MTF pharmacies may find both useful and interesting. Among the many files are the Leakage Report (MTF provider scripts filled in retail); P4I Percent Retail Spend (RX workload and spend by MTF and point of service); the Uniform Formulary Drug Utilization Review (Detailed utilization data); and the Controlled Substance Provider Report. All reports include data for every MTF enterprise-wide.

Take a look at the CarePoint gallery before you order a report from the POSC in case what you're looking for is already available.
