The purpose of this webinar is to familiarize new and experienced users with the Interface module in the ABACUS application. While the introductory session is covered in the Interface Module computer-based training video, this webinar will be focused more on identifying specific error types and related trends, recognizing how to address and/or correct the errors, and finally on understanding how these actions fit into and affect the overall billing and collection process in ABACUS. |
