Confidential Mental Health Resources Available to Military Families

The Patient Safety Learning Center (PSLC) is one of many DHA Patient Safety Program (PSP) initiatives to engage and promote awareness to the Military Health System team. The PSLC is a member-based community which provides access to numerous resources targeted toward patient safety champions who are actively engaged in high reliability, quality, and patient safety improvement efforts. The PSLC web portal offers access to educational products, tools, and solutions to support healthcare delivery teams and patient safety champions in eliminating preventable patient harm.
