Have you heard about MHS GENESIS?

MHS GENESIS is the Military Health System's new electronic health record and is replacing TRICARE Online across the U.S. and overseas. When fully deployed, MHS GENESIS will provide a single health record for service members, veterans, and their families.

MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

Visit the MHS GENESIS Patient PortalThe MHS GENESIS Patient Portal is a secure website for 24/7 access to your health information, including managing appointments and exchanging messages with your care team. The new patient portal is launching at sites as MHS GENESIS deploys, replacing the TRICARE Online Secure Patient Portal. 

To access the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal:

  • Go to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal
  • Beneficiaries can log in using their DS Logon
  • Premium Access (Level 2) is required to view the health record
  • There is no additional fee for Premium Access

TRICARE QLE: Government-Directed PCM Change
